What payment methods are available?

We accept payment by PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and most other major credit / debit cards. We are not currently able to accept payment online via cash and cheque. We do not offer Interest Free Credit agreements online. More informations about payment you can find here.

What are the shipping costs and delivery time?

Click and find the price list and delivery time of our parcel delivery service provider. Please, remember, that in the case of orders whose total value exceeds €500 the delivery in EU is FREE OF CHARGE!

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged and you notice immediately, please write this on the delivery note that you will be asked to sign by our home delivery partners. Irrespective of this, you should contact our online service team within 14 days of receipt of your order. All contact informations you can find here.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes – Shortly after placing your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation from us via e-mail containing all of the details of your order. After a few hours you will receive second emial from our support team with a date of dispatch.

Can I add to an existing order?

You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you can't add items to the same order. If you want to purchase more items, please place a new order and contact our support team. We will check if there is a possibility to send the orders together.

Return of configured lamp...

I am planning to purchase a Bulb Attack UNO S5 chandelier, and I understand that I need to choose the lampholder, hardware and power cord colour, as well as the power cord length.
I understand from the return policy that “The Customer shall not enjoy the right to withdraw from the merchandise purchase contract where the order placed refers to nontypical custom-made merchandise, whose properties (such as e.g. color or material it is to be made of) have been specified by the Customer.”
Could you please indicate whether or not my purchase would fall under this exception.

You can safely place the order and do not be afraid about the return. We will accept it. This clause in our shop policy applies to nontypical orders like lamps in colour outside our offer (when we have to paint it especially for the customer).
