Return process

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following provisions, and the consumer is any natural person who performs a legal transaction for purposes that, to a large extent, cannot be attributed to their business or self-employed professional activity.

The customer have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days and starts on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (ceilinglamp.eu by Prima-Leuchten UG, Potsdamer Platz 1, 10785 Berlin, telephone: 0049(0)30-12083565, email: support@ceilinglamp.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent through mail or email). For this purpose, you may use the attached sample withdrawal form, however, you are not obliged to use this form. You can electronically fill in and submit the sample withdrawal form or any other clear declaration on our website www.ceilinglamp.eu as well. If you make use of this option, we will immediately give you a confirmation of our receipt of such a withdrawal, e.g. by email.

In order to observe the withdrawal period, it shall suffice for you to send the message regarding the exercising of the right of cancellation prior to the expiration of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from the contract, we must immediately pay back to you all of the payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from you having chosen another type of delivery other than the most economical standard delivery that we offer) and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was explicitly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, depending on which is the earlier point in time.

In any case, you must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the expiration of the deadline of fourteen days. You will bear the costs of returning the goods. You also need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to an improper handling of the goods by you for the purpose of inspecting the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or are clearly tailored to your personal needs. Lamps with non-standard cable or ceiling rose colours (except black or white) or lengths (other than 1.5m or 1.7m) will be treated as non-prefabricated.

Sending a return to the office in Berlin - 25€ additional fee. 

In special cases, we accept the option of picking up the goods from the customer. The costs range from 30 to 150 EUR per package and depend on the country. Costs are set individually. Example: Collection of a standard parcel in Germany: 30 EUR.
